THE SHACK 805 and affiliates ONLY sell these products to BOP staff. For the protection of all staff and the institutions ALL ORDERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF LAW ENFORCEMENT EMPLOYMENT. ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
ORDERS WITH BOP LOGO MUST EITHER BE SHIPPED TO A GOVERNMENT ADDRESS OR PLEASE USE YOUR GOVERNMENT EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING. ALL E-MAIL ADDRESSES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. WE DO NOT SEND SOLICITING EMAILS OR SELL EMAIL ADDRESSES.
WHEN PLACING AN ORDER A COPY OF YOUR CREDENTIALS MUST BE EMAILED TO: theshack11@verizon.net. When doing so please reference order number. Name on Credentials MUST MATCH NAME ON ORDER.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Request for exchange MUST be made with 7 days or receiving items. Custom Items are not eligible to be exchanged.
The Shack will gladly exchange items which are the wrong size. If the item is deemed defective The Shack will make said item right by either replacing the item or exchanging the item. For any refunds you must call THE SHACK at 805-737-9600 to get approval for refund. If exchanging the item you will be required to send item back and once we receive the item we will then replace with desired item. ANY ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN CUSTOMIZED/EMBROIDERED WITH NAME OF INSTITUTION OR STAFF NAME CAN NOT BE RETURNED
BULK ORDERS:
THE SHACK will gladly accept bulk orders and is known for fulfilling such orders in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding bulk orders contact us during normal business hours at 805-737-9600. Some items may require a longer lead time based on quantity and specifics of item. Please be patient with us as we do not control the lead times but will quickly get your order processed and on its way. We will communicate the approximate duration of the lead time for us to fulfill order to the government email address provided.
CANCELLATIONS
We are sorry but we cannot accept any exchanges OR cancellations on items customized with name or location, institutions, or departments. If you cancel any regular non-customized order we reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. The cancellation MUST be in writing and must contain your name and order number.
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed with 12-24 hours. If item is ready and in stock order may be processed faster. Shipping is FLAT RATE through USPS -EXCEPT FOR BULK ORDERS which may be shipped through another carrier based on quantity in bulk order. Once order is box and being shipped we will e-mail a tracking number to the government e-mail address provided. If you have any questions regarding orders please call us during normal business hours or e-mail us and have order number available.
CUSTOMIZATION: THE SHACK AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSPELLINGS. WE UTILIZE INFORMATION WHICH YOU TYPED ON ORDER. PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR SPELLINGS TO ENSURE THEY ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING ORDER. THE SHACK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IF MISINFORMATION WAS ENTERED DURING ORDERING PROCESS.
